week1
So this week im going to run 6 days hopefully. two long runs of 8 miles each. and then the rest are going to be between 3-6 miles. I ran 5 yesterday at the gym..that was pretty hard.

so I started this blog to track my progress on training for the marine corps marathon on 10/28/07. I started seriouly training on 9/1/07 or thereabouts. So not alot of time to get ready. So Ill update the status and post the different runs I'll be doing along the way. Oh btw I havent run more than three miles before i started this... btw any advertisers are welcome to email me thanks.
